All American Eyeglass Repair

Broke my plastic frame glasses right in half at the bridge. I had new glasses on order at my regular optometrist office, but it would take 10 days to come in and in the meantime I was trying to make do with taping my glasses. It wasn’t working. When I went in, the man who repairs the glasses, Harold, was out so they allowed me to leave the glasses and popped my lenses into a loaner frame. When Harold called the next day regarding my glasses, I appreciated that he was very honest about the durability of a potential repair. They were willing to do it but couldn’t guarantee it would be a lasting repair and made sure to let me know that up front. After calling back and speaking to Noah, we instead opted to find an inexpensive frame compatible with my lenses that would work in the interim and serve as a backup when I got my new glasses in. I am so appreciative that they were able to help me one way or another so I was not without glasses for the next week and a half. The cherry on top was I was able to use my FSA card to pay for it. Highly recommend. Very honest and helpful people.

I have some old, heart shaped, gold Betsey Johnson glasses, that I've had forever & that I absolutely love. One of the lenses popped out and I could not get it back in. I walked in and they quickly fixed my glasses, gave me some great info and did not charge me! What a blessing and what wonderful customer service. If I ever have any other glasses that need repairing, this will be my first stop. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency!

My friend dropped off some YSL glasses for me due to location. Of course when I called they give you a range… as small as my repair was I was charged 100.00. Which I’m sure is because of the brand. Why I mentioned the price? The glasses are not 100.00 worthy. In the attached pictures, the original side is a square, the repaired side is a circle with a smaller stem making the repaired side shorter than the original side. Not to mention when folded they do not lay flat, so I cannot put them in the sunglass “spot” in the car. I’m irritated. Say what you can and cannot do. Or call and inform the customer before doing something.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I brought in a pair of glasses that the frames were broken and needed the super expensive lenses transferred to another frame. They were able to do so even modifying slightly the new frame so the lenses fit without them needed to be recut. Saved a lot of money. Plus, I needed the same old frame with the original lenses put back in, they were quickly able to fix that as well. That is twice I have been to this business, and twice that I have been impressed. Also they are open on Saturday! Will be back for my optical repair needs!
